At today's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, it was decided to increase the number of BEST's Supervisory Board Members to 7, with the Supervisory Board to include Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk.

From 2008 to 2010 he held managerial positions in the TP Group. Furthermore, he gained considerable experience as a member of supervisory boards (currently and in the past) of numerous companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

"I am honoured that Mr. Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk, who has over 10 years' experience as an analyst for listed companies and enjoys the trust of reputed financial institutions, has agreed to join BEST's Supervisory Board. His knowledge and experience will be a source of invaluable opinions regarding the operations and development of our company, especially considering the challenges we are facing in connection with the consolidation of the debt collection sector in Poland," said Krzysztof Borusowski, CEO and majority shareholder of BEST.

At present, BEST's Supervisory Board has 7 members. As many as 5 of them (including the newly appointed Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk) meet the independence criteria referred to in the Best Practice of GPW Listed Companies.
