Payhelp received an award in the category of debt collection services for the SME sector

Payhelp will help Santander Bank Polska clients recover overdue payments

 

Payhelp, an online platform that allows entrepreneurs to easily and effectively recover money from unpaid invoices, was included in the e-services package of Santander Bank Polska under the name eWindykacja. It is available for sole proprietorships. The provider of the eWindykacja and Payhelp service is the BEST Group, one of the largest entities on the debt collection market in Poland.

 

Payhelp is an innovative online platform with which entrepreneurs can intuitively start the process of recovering money from unpaid invoices. As part of the eWindykacja service that has just been launched, customers of Santander Bank Polska can easily register invoices unpaid by their customers in the Payhelp system. You can submit invoices even for small amounts, overdue by no more than 10 months. Almost immediately after the documents are registered, actions aimed at recovering the money begin - first in an amicable way and, if necessary, also in court. The money recovered by Payhelp will go directly to the entrepreneur's account.


- Our data show that the vast majority of cases, around 73%, end at the amicable stage. We have extensive experience in talking to debtors. Certainly there is also the information that BEST is dealing with the matter. We have been known for years for successful debt collection. In the event that the amicable debt collection does not bring results, Payhelp takes steps on behalf of the client to obtain the payment order. Efficiency at this stage increases to 83%. Thanks to entrusting the matter to our experts, the entrepreneur does not have to deal with the investigation of money personally, he can focus on his business without fear of losing good relations with his client - informs Katarzyna Gulbicka, Business Development Manager at BEST, responsible for the Payhelp platform.

 

Cases conducted under the Payhelp service are handled by an experienced team of approximately 120 consultants in the BEST Group's own call center, with the support of several dozen lawyers.
