registered office in Gdynia at ul. \u0141u\u017cycka 8A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gda\u0144sk\u2013P\u00f3\u0142noc in Gda\u0144sk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000017158, NIP 5850011412, REGON 190400344, with a fully paid-up share capital of PLN 28,660,384.00.<\/h3>\n        <div class=\"row g-5\">\n          <div class=\"col-sm-6\">\n            <p class=\"hero-text__text-left\">The merger was effected pursuant to Article 492 \u00a7 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code by way of the acquisition of the Target Company by the Acquiring Company, i.e. by transferring all the assets of the Target Company to the Acquiring Company.<\/p>\n          <\/div>\n
