We create our organization based on values \u200b\u200band relationships. For many of our employees, we are the employer of first choice. For our investors we are a reliable contractor and a business partner, a good advisor to our clients. \r\nWe are also an active bond issuer and a respected market participant. In our management approach, we take into account economic, social and environmental effects. We think not only about the return on invested capital, but also about the economic turnover and other aspects expressed by our mission, vision and values.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

The ESG goals we set address these aspects of our operations that are potentially influenced by BEST. Each of our goals has been assigned measures (KPI) and values \u200b\u200bthat are expected to be achieved in the following years (2022-2026). Each
\nof the goals is later broken down into smaller activities, which are also accompanied by metrics and measurable goals.<\/p>\n

LASTING VALUE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT<\/h5>\n

Our goals, by supporting the achievement of the business goals, contribute to building lasting value for the environment, primarily for society.
