ABOUT THE MERGER
General information
Please be informed that, on 1 April 2025, Kredyt Inkaso S.A. merged with BEST S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Łużycka 8A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk–Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000017158, NIP 5850011412, REGON 190400344, with a fully paid-up share capital of PLN 28,660,384.00.
The merger was effected pursuant to Article 492 § 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code by way of the acquisition of the Target Company by the Acquiring Company, i.e. by transferring all the assets of the Target Company to the Acquiring Company.
As of the merger date, the Acquiring Company succeeded to all the rights and obligations of the Target Company, in accordance with Article 494 § 2 of the Commercial Companies Code (universal succession).

You do not need to take any action due to the merger.
The merger involves the Acquiring Company taking over the Target Company, i.e. the transfer of all the assets of the Target Company to the Acquiring Company. On the merger date, the Acquiring Company assumes all rights and obligations of the Target Company.
The following companies have merged:
- BEST S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia (the acquiring company) and
- Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the target company).
The merger took place on 1 April 2025 (the ‘merger date’).
The merger did not require the debtor’s consent.
Universal succession (otherwise known as general succession) means that the acquiring company (BEST S.A.) assumes all the rights and obligations of the target company (Kredyt Inkaso S.A.) on the merger date. All assets previously held by the target company along with its liabilities incurred before the merger date pass to the acquiring company. From the merger date, the acquiring company assumes all rights and obligations, as the target company is dissolved without going into liquidation.
The merger does not affect the amount of your liabilities. They remain unchanged.
The merger does not affect how interest and costs are calculated. They will continue to be calculated in exactly the same way as before the merger. The repayment algorithm remains unchanged.
The merger has no effect on the bank account number for payments. It remains unchanged.
All arrangements regarding the repayment of liabilities remain unchanged.
In the case of universal succession, no additional actions are required in respect of the relevant civil-law relationships. There is no need to amend the agreements or change the parties thereto, and all existing contractual provisions remain in force, as the legal successor assumes all rights and obligations of the legal predecessor by operation of law.
As a legal successor, the acquiring or newly formed company becomes a party to pending proceedings involving the target company or the merging companies.
As stated by the Supreme Court in its decision of 5 March 2019 (I PZ 39/18, Legalis), the acquiring company, as a universal legal successor, assumes the rights of a party in place of the target company in pending court proceedings.

- the details of your creditor and personal data controller have changed. From the merger date, your creditor and personal data controller is BEST S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Łużycka 8A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk–Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000017158, NIP: 5850011412, REGON: 19040034400000.
- The following remain unchanged:
- the amount of your liabilities and the bank account number for payments,
- all arrangements regarding the repayment of liabilities,
- the way receivables are managed – BEST S.A. will continue to manage them on the same terms as before,
- the rules governing the exercise of your rights, the lodging of complaints and the submission of requests,
- all contact details,
- the rules governing the processing of your personal data. Your personal data will continue to be processed to the extent necessary in connection with the recovery of the receivable. In this case, the processing of your personal data is legally permissible and does not require your consent. Your personal data are therefore processed primarily for the purpose of managing the receivable, including establishing and pursuing claims amicably and through court and enforcement proceedings, valuing and trading receivables, handling complaints and complying with legal obligations. If, before 1 April 2025 (the ‘merger date’), one of the following entities was both your creditor and the controller of your personal data:
- Kredyt Inkaso I NFIZW,
- Kredyt Inkaso II NFIZW,
- Kredyt Inkaso III NFIZW,
- Kredyt Inkaso Portfolio Investments (Luxembourg) Société Anonyme.
then, from the merger date:
- the details of the entity managing receivables on behalf of the creditor have changed. From the merger date, the entity managing receivables on behalf of the relevant creditor is BEST S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Łużycka 8A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk–Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000017158, NIP: 5850011412, REGON: 19040034400000.
BEST S.A. handles your debt on behalf of the current creditor within the BEST Group, which acquired the receivable from the original creditor. The original creditor is the entity with which you entered into an agreement, e.g. a credit agreement or an agreement for the provision of telecommunications services. - The following remain unchanged:
- the details of the creditor and the controller of your personal data,
- the amount of your liabilities and the bank account number for payments,
- all arrangements regarding the repayment of liabilities,
- the way receivables are managed – BEST S.A. will continue to manage them on the same terms as before,
- the rules governing the exercise of your rights, the lodging of complaints and the submission of requests,
- all contact details,
- the rules governing the processing of your personal data. Your personal data will continue to be processed to the extent necessary in connection with the recovery of the receivable. The ugodowi.pl portal will be discontinued due to the integration of our systems. On Thursday 11 September 2025 at 16.00, we will shut down the ugodowi.pl portal. Only three days later – on Monday 15 September 2025 – you will gain access to the new BEST Online portal. From then on, online account management will be available exclusively at online.best.com.pl.
Yes, the ugodowi.pl portal will be shut down due to the integration of the systems. On Thursday 11 September 2025 at 16.00, we will shut down the ugodowi.pl portal. Only three days later – on Monday 15 September 2025 – you will gain access to the new BEST Online portal. From then on, online account management will be available exclusively at online.best.com.pl.
No, you do not have to create a new account. Your data and history will be transferred automatically. You can log in via the dedicated section for Kredyt Inkaso clients.
You can log in using the same credentials as before (username, email address or phone number, together with your password).
Yes. An email address is required to use the online.best.com.pl portal.
If you have not provided one before, the system will ask you to enter and confirm your email address when you first log in. This will keep your account secure and ensure that it meets the new standards.
