Job Rotation is a temporary change of the area of work at BEST Capital Group and a unique opportunity for the Employees to expand their practical knowledge and skills through practice in a new area. The job rotation programme promotes individual development by providing opportunities for professional growth within BEST’s structures and fostering a sense of joint responsibility for achieving goals throughout the organisation.


Job Rotation is based on the on-the-job training concept (learning a new job directly in the working area), and its assumptions are in line with the organisation’s 10-20-70 model, according to which people learn the most and the fastest through practice (70%).
