We take care about our recruitment proccess

It is our responsibility to apply the best recruitment standards. There are certain rules we follow in the recruitment process: being open and honest in our relations with candidates, addressing their needs, being reliable, ensuring safety for the candidates pending employment, introducing innovative solutions to support recruitment.


Knowing how important the recruitment process can be for our candidates and their careers, we ensure sustainable relations in the recruitment process, seeking to make it an enjoyable and professional experience for everyone. Even if the candidate is not successful, the recruitment process provides a pleasant experience and an opportunity for both sides to learn useful information for development.


In addition to testing the candidate’s knowledge relevant to the job, we verify whether their values are consistent with ours. This allows us to make sure that prospective employees, in addition to having the necessary knowledge, also fit in our corporate culture.


We are in dialogue with our stakeholders. Once the recruitment process is completed, each candidate is given an opportunity to express their opinion in a brief Candidate Experience survey on the recruitment process.


We are a member of the Friendly Recruitment Coalition (Koalicja na rzecz Przyjaznej Rekrutacji) and apply the Good Recruitment Practice.
