We maintain the balance

It is not easy to achieve work-life balance. To meet the expectations of our Employees, BEST has implemented solutions to ensure working comfort, protect their mental health, and provide sufficient opportunities for them to spend time with their families, contributing to a balance between work and private life. Employees working in areas other than the Operations Division can enjoy flexible working hours. They arrive for work between 7:00 and 10:00, which allows them to adjust their hours to their private life and working preferences. We promote healthy eating habits and take care of our Employees’ well-being. As part of a special programme, we have fruit and vegetable days every Wednesday, chocolate days once a year and the Ice Cream Day in the summer. In addition, we have equipped our kitchens with household appliances, allowing our Employees to prepare fruit cocktails from fruit brought to the company. Fresh-pressed fruit or vegetable juice is also delivered to the company twice a week. Our health-promoting measures include co-financing medical care, organising flu vaccinations, and participating in every edition of the Blood Donation Day. As part of promoting physical activity, we co-finance the Multisport card, play volleyball (in halls rented by the company, and on the city beach in the summer), run and exercise together with coaches among us, and take part in a campaign that promotes commuting by bike.
